All wheels come with a 1 year warranty again manufacturing defects. We cannot guarantee against potholes or crashes, but do have a close affiliation with a professional carbon repair company, who are able to do amazing things with damaged carbon.

Unfortunately not – all our wheels are held in the factory, the wheel build is one of the quicker processes as certain of the rims are built using the ‘Just in Time’ method of production, so lead times would not be greatly affected.

We trade out of a small market town in north Suffolk called Beccles. We run an internet only business at the moment, but visitors are welcome by appointment

There are 120 combinations, and we currently only hold a minimum stock. This is building, but until we hold all models, we state a 4 week lead time, to allow for the exact combination to be built to your specifications. Where possible, we will offer alternatives if you need them in a hurry.

Yes – we carry a full range of spares including axles, bearings, skewers and freehubs.

Not yet – but we are working towards getting a complete bike reviewed, and it should happen soon.

The rims are made in a factory in China – the same factory which produces Reynolds rims, so the same exacting standards are maintained throughout
