The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from FuerteBici.com.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PURCHASING

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable you will be contacted as soon as possible.

When you submit your order you are allowing Fuerte Bici Ltd to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.

DELIVERY

A standard post and packaging charge of £15 is payable on all wheel orders placed on this website, some smaller items such as bottle cages have a £5.00 charge with frames charged at £30. Our postage prices apply only to UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses. For deliveries to EU countries, please contact us and we will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery within mainland UK is normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however, please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Most orders will be delivered by courier between 9 am and 5 pm. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Fuerte Bici Ltd offer a no-quibble return policy. Should you be less than delighted with any item you buy from us for any reason, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or a full refund (we are unable to refund postage costs).

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

The goods that we supply are checked prior to being dispatched but in the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

So long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, you may return the whole order, or an individual product, in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.

Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days for us to refund your money.
